Faith Formation

- Hello Faith Formation Families!
  
  Our program is for grades 1-11. First Reconciliation/Communion occurs in 2nd grade and Confirmation occurs in 11th grade.
  Classes are held Wednesdays at St. Thomas Aquinas Academy from 5:45pm-7:00pm.

  (1) One “Family Registration + Payment Form” per family.
  (2) “Student Information Form” for each student you are enrolling in the program.
  
  Registration deadline is Monday, September 9, 2024.
  Please bring (or mail) your completed forms and tuition payment to the Parish Office or drop them (in an envelope marked “Faith Formation”) in the Mass collection basket. Payment should accompany the enclosed registration forms.

  Sacrament fees apply to those in second and eleventh grade. Those fees will be collected later in the year.
- Tuition
  
  No student will be turned away because of inability to pay tuition. Contact Jeri Keepers.
  
  Special rates apply for parish members and for those parish families enrolling more than one child.
  
  In addition to regular tuition, students in Grades 2 and 11 will have a fee to help cover the cost of retreats and additional expenses during Sacramental Prep. If paying online, Sacrament fee will be collected at a later time.
